Copyright Notification Procedure

PokeCalc operates as an unofficial fan resource and respects creator intellectual property rights.

If you hold copyright in material displayed on this site and believe it lacks authorization, submit a formal written notice to our designated agent.

Required Notice Contents

To be processed under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3), your notification must be delivered in writing and contain the following elements:

1. Identification of the Work: A description or listing of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Location of Infringing Material: The exact web address (URL) on pokecalc.net where the allegedly infringing material is hosted.
3. Contact Information: Your legal name, postal mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good-Faith Statement: A statement declaring that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the complained manner is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Truth & Authority: A penalty-of-perjury statement that notice details are truthful, and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
6. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification meeting all statutory requirements, PokeCalc will investigate and remove or disable access to the identified material in an expeditious manner.
